The Off-Plan Guru waitlist

This notice covers the waitlist at offplanguru-waitlist.pages.dev. The Off-Plan Guru app has its own privacy policy.

What we keep

If you join the waitlist, we keep:

• your name and email address
• your WhatsApp number, if you give it
• the market you’re interested in, and whether you’re looking to live or invest
• whether you asked for launch news
• the link you came from, and the language your browser is set to
• your city and country, worked out from your internet connection
• the type of device, such as “iPhone” or “Mac”
• a scrambled code made from your internet address (never the address itself), to stop automated sign-ups

What we use it for

We use these details only to send your personal invite and, if you ticked the box, launch news and new projects by email. Our team gets an email for each new sign-up. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.

Where it’s kept

The waitlist is stored with Cloudflare, which also runs this page. The sign-up email to our team is sent through FormSubmit, an email-forwarding service.
